I have lived here for a year this September, I have to say how refreshing it is to see new management!!!! Becky goes above and beyond to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. There are rules at every park and because of these rules is why Willow Lake is my favorite. It's clean, quiet and safe. Both Becky and Larry, the new maintenance man, keep the park well maintained and everything in working order. This park has great ammenities. All concrete sites, pool, wifi, cable, laundry, bbq pits, pet grooming station, showers, community room, dog walking areas and even a media room. You can fish (catch and release), kayak, pedal boat on the lake. Would highly recommend!!! Don't let the negative reviews discourage you. This is the best park on this side of Houston!!

Adult park with a nice lake, comfortable atmosphere with a nice community room, theater room and laundry room.

Horrible, expensive, extremely small lots, and noisy. They hate kids and dogs. The manager is a drunk and extremely strange. Stay away from here.

There is a reason it is a huge, brand new RV park but more than half empty. If you are looking for a truly stressful experience for $900 a month and a miserable vacation or business trip, this is the place for you. The camp host or manager Rhonda, is unprofessional, ignorant and on some kind of power trip. We planned on staying a month and paid for a whole month however she made staying there so unpleasant we left after 10 days without a refund (no refunds allowed of course. That would be too customer friendly). Plus, there is a huge Propane leak at the pool so you can't swim there without getting a massive headache. The manager and permanent guests like to sit in the pool, get super drunk and make vulgar comments to the other guests. There is an alligator that lives in the lake. We were in Houston on business for a couple months and when we drove by and saw the park it looked nice so we stopped in and reserved a month. There were families with kids in the swimming pool, people walking their dogs and it appeared to be friendly. We moved our RV that evening and then went swimming with our kids, age 15 and 18, the manager immediately came running over to us and asked why our kids were here. I was stunned and really didn't know how to answer. I asked why and she said this is an all adult park. We had no idea. She never said anything. There are no signs but apparently only the permanent guests can have kids over for two weeks a year. So from that point on anytime we went to the pool, a total of three times, she came out and harassed us with weird statements like why is the pool light on and who turned it on and no body should be touching the pool stuff. We again had no idea why she was harassing us about it. We never touched the pool light. She would make statements like "how much longer are your kids going to be here cuz all the guests want to know". My kids are 15 and 18 and hardly ever leave the camper to do anything except when we went somewhere outside the park. Plus there were no other RV's parked around us to know we even had kids and the last two times we went to the pool we made sure no one else was there but she would come running out each time to yell at us for something. The other guests said she is crazy like that and as soon as their month was up, they were leaving and never coming back.
