I scheduled an appointment with this company for Saturday, May 17th, 2014 at 10:00 am. The technician never showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. I followed up with the company 3 days later and was told there was a family emergency which caused the no show. I completely understand this and wasn't going to make a big deal out of it.

My issue is that this company is terrible about contacting people and follow-ups. I know they have an A rating and what not. However, I've contacted this company 3 times to try and reschedule my PEST appointment. I am 0 for 3 thus far in getting a return call. The owner himself stated he would follow up with me and hasn't done so.

Not a very good experience thus far. This could be a one time case with this company since they have an A rating. However, 3 strikes and you're in my book. I will be researching other PEST companies and I do not recommend this company based on their lack of communication skills and following up with potential customers.

They solved our formosan termite problem when their competitor could not. They're the most thorough and capable pest control service available!

I wont use anyone else again! I recently moved to League City from Conroe and SWAT was referred to me by a family member. Awesome service and great people. They go beyond what your normal pest company does!

Swat Pest Control was called out to my home for a termite problem. The owner came and answered all my questions and was very professional.



I have had the big companies before and (never) had that quality of service I recieved from Swat Pest Control.



Swat also had the best of three prices that I had gotten
