We purchased a utility trailer this past weekend. The service was great!!! We were met by a sales rep and taken out on the lot where he fully explained the different option available and the advantages of each trailer. He was considerate and gave us time to discuss our options and needs. After purchasing our trailer the crew had our spare tire installed within a few minutes and we were on the road.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. You leave messages and get no calls back, go to the store and no one seems to care that you're there to buy trailers. No matter how much business you give to this place, they will never care about their customers. I'd say don't even bother unless you like to pay a place to be rude to their customers and have absolutely no time to deal with their issues even if it is an issue with the cheaply built trailers they sold you. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I regret ever buying so many trailers from you people and won't make the same mistake another time.
