I get the feeling the staff gets upset when I tell them I'm here to pick up an online order. I was shorted 1 of 2 sink mats. The customer service person said I only ordered one and if I want a second one I'll need to go and find it and then bring it back and pay for it. After wandering through the store I got the second mat and showed a different person the number 2 on the document they gave me. She called the manager. She showed the sales girl how to read the number 2. Everytime I visit this store I only see a couple of customers. Now I know why.

They do not honor prices marked on items and have some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Brooklyn that works in the shoe dept needs to be taught customer service. And learn how to stay calm and professional, because she can't seem to handle herself when talking with customers. And their cashiers need to be more worried about their customers instead of flirting with the cashier next to them.
