● There where a total of 4 holes from someone fist in the doors and one big one from a dog that had chewed threw the bathroom door that was 6×8 inches
●The carpets smelled of Dog feces and urine.
●When we brought it to the attention of management they told us no they changed out the carpet before we moved in. We dont have a dog!
● There is a ant and spider infestation in most of the units. No one ever came out to take care of it.
●The only time trash was picked up around the property is when the lawn care would mow and it would be choped up into bits.
●They some how lost our lease agreement made a new one for a year with out us knowing. Thank god we had a copy of the original one for 6 months for our new apartment.
●The apartment of a man on the side of us second floor his toilet flooded his apartment along with the one under him and our bedroom. They charged us for that.
