I've never had a problem with the service department at this dealership ever since I've got my Dodge from this dealership they've been nothing but honor any repairs oil changes recalls without any problem. their service department is professional well managed clean and knowledgeable

I bought a truck from this dealership 1/31/15. Not only did every person I talked to before going to the dealership tell me different things but when we got there, the salesman I had an appointment with was not available. Even after asking multiple times they failed to disclose damage to the truck I wanted and was coming down there for specifically. The windshield was cracked, which I was going to get fixed on my own. But there was another problem. There was damage to the wheel in the form of a huge gash that traveled across about 2/3 of it. I was told it would be repaired and sent to me the next business day. It took over a week for me to get it and it didn't end up being repaired. Five months later, after numerous conversations, texts, and emails, I am still waiting for this to be resolved. 4/24/15, I was contacted and told they would purchase and send me a wheel. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted them and found out they couldn't find a replacement week. I got online and found a used one in minutes that matches my current ones and sent the link to my salesperson. I also called Chevy and found out they can order a new one that way but I am still waiting for it to be taken care of.

Overall, I am very unsatisfied with their customer service skills.

Our salesman, Glen, took the time to answer all of our questions and he was very professional. The sales manager, on the other hand, was extremely unprofessional. During our visit (Friday, April 18th) he called all of the sales associates to his cubicle and then began cursing them out--he must have used the f bomb at least 15 times--we were in shock. I am not sure how he has managed to keep his job, but he certainly doesn't deserve to have it. He is in desperate need of both leadership and people skills -- very sad. Needless to say, we left immediately and have no intention of going back - OKC here we come!!

Overall my experience was a classic "bait and switch" attempt. They had no intention of honoring their advertised price, and only expect the buyers to have integrity when it comes to vehicle pricing.



The dealer did not honor the price as advertised online. In their own words: "These coupons are no different than coupons in the newspaper. If you buy a quart of milk at the grocery store on Saturday, and on Sunday see that there is coupon for $1.00 off a quart of milk, that coupon is no good for your purchase." This is 100% a one way street, and their online "coupons" are quite clearly different than any coupon you would find in the newspaper. Not good business.



I gave them multiple chances to explain their actions and gave them enough chances within 2 days after my visit to make it right. By their lack of communication with me it is clear that they want nothing to do with my business. They haven't even offered me a new price on the vehicle that originally got me to go there in the first place.



In addition to the above their salesman (who I will choose to not name online) did nothing but mislead me for the hour I was there, mostly due to the false advertisement and not wanting to own up to it. I spent most of my time sitting in his office by myself wondering what was going on. It took about 45 minutes to get a test drive, and even then it wasn't the same car I came there to buy... it was a lesser model that they were trying to hook me on for the same price.



After dealing with this place I'm convinced they try to attract gullible buyers, not honor their advertised prices, and try to sell them on 6 or 7 year loans to make the "price work for you" in terms of a monthly payment. You can see some of this in the reviews already written, so BE CAREFUL. This is how people get in over their heads with financial obligations.

Deceptive, Pushy, Wont Listen

My husband and i were in yesterday, because accoding to their flier that they sent out, we won a $500 Visa card. I knew it was too good to be true, but my husband wanted to check it out anyway. So, we go, and of course, his numbers that matched on the flier didnt match their board in the store. Now, NOTHING in the flier said that the number had to match something in the store. Deception number 1. Then, they give him a scratch off ticket, that of course doesnt win. No one really does. Oh, but we could have gotten a deal on a vacation through a time share! Yeah...no. They then tried to push off new vehicles on us, that were out of the price range we told them we were willing to buy. Why would we even want to buy through someone like that? I dont recommend this dealership to anyone. Instead, go to Eddie Cordes or Milo Gordon. That is what we are going to do.

the drive for service

I just purchased my new suv from Bill and his amazing sales staff! I heard from 3 people in my office that this was the BEST place to go for customer service when buyinga car. Let me tell you I drove an HOUR 1/2 to this dealership and it was SOOOOO worth the drive!!! I will ONLY buy my cars from Bill and his sales team for now on :)

This place is unprofessional. They promote 100 dollars for referring new clients to them. I referred two people over there and never got nothing. They never detailed new vehicles. Kids do better jobs than what they did on my new truck.and they sold a used vehicle to my friends with no service. They have attitudes and rude employees there.

After my wreck I needed a new car and i only had liability insurance and thought I couldnt afford to buy one for a long time. Mike Ward actually got me into a car that I really liked and actually wanted and helped me out a lot. Answered all my questions and I actually enjoyed the experience instead of dreading it like I was expecting.

Best Deals.

I was driving by the HW when I spotted the Chrysler dealership, I stopped by to look around and see what they had on their lot (Not wanting to purchases anything) As soon as I pulled up the lot a salesman greeted me and asked me if he could assist me; very friendly and proffesional. To make a long story short, I ended up going home hours later with a brand new 2010 Ocean Blue Challenger. They made me a GREAT deal that I could not resist. They also explain the whole finance process and went over the warranty as well. Will recommend this dealership!!
