Do not purchase hair from Virgin Plus Hair Boutique because they false advertise. Their hair is not 100% All Virgin, it is mixed with synthetic. I purchased Brazilian Hair from this boutique in May and the quality of the hair was good. I went back in July to purchase another bundle of Brazilian Hair and that hair was a total fraud( synthetic and human mixed). The sales lady/owner said, "Tell your hair stylist to install the newly purchase Brazilian Hair in the back." The hair was very sticky out of the pack. My hair stylist washed it and installed it in my hair. The following day after installation the hair became tangled and matted, nothing like the first bundle I bought. I went back to Virgin Plus Hair Boutique, and the sales lady/owner stated she didn't have anymore Brazilian Hair and she was waiting for a shipment to come in. I followed up with the sales lady/owner the next day. She kept saying, " I don't want to exchange this hair out because you may have the same results." OK, she is basically saying that her hair is BAD!!!! She ended up exchanging the hair for Peruvian Hair because she still did not have Brazilian Hair. Once the Peruvian Hair was installed, it had the same results as the Second purchased Brazilian Hair. We compared the Brazilian and Peruvian Hair, and they were both the same(synthetic and human mixed). I would have rated this hair boutique a, -10 star but that rating was not available.
