Bad Business Practices...Don't Trust Them!

I selected and tagged a slab of granite for my kitchen island and gave them the necessary paperwork and contact info. I then went ahead with my kitchen renovations and purchased other items to match the granite sample. When we went back to get the granite to make the counters, they had SOLD IT without so much as a phone call or other attempt to contact me...do not trust them!!!
