This is an awful company. Do not give then your business. the staff especially the money collectors could not be more rude during a stressful situation. do yourself a favor and call the mom and pop store that's not going to rip you off! and then not even have the text to talk to you as a responsible business should. they totally suck

My car was jam in the curb at 10 pm call Towing Metro Atlanta 2hrs later (12a.m) a gentleman call me he said he was on his. I wait for another 2 hrs(2 a.m) he didn't show up I try to call him back didn't answer leave to voice mail. Went home to sleep until the next morning call them back at 8:30a.m no answer just leave message on voice mail so disappointed. Check online call Lance Wrecker Service at 9 a.m got my call back in 1 hrs GREAT AND FAST SERVICE! Would recommended to all my friends.

if your car gets impounded, you pay these guys. i know
