Very disappointed with the customer service from the gentleman owner on May 18th 2021. I dropped off my husband's shirts (about 15 pieces) as usual. The gentleman owner then proceeded to tell me that there was a price increase. I asked why was there another price increase as when they took over some months ago, he told me then that there was a price increase. He explained that the chemicals had increased. I asked him to let me know the total as I have a budget. He removed all the shirts from the bin he had placed them in and "put" them on the counter and told me to take my items somewhere else. I was bewildered and asked him why. I then told him that I just wanted to know the cost and he told me to take my items and leave. A lady came over and I asked her why he would do that, She just said that they were just workers there. I told them both that I wished them all the best. I then went 2 minutes down the road to another dry cleaners. I ask for the total there on my items and it ended up to be within my budget! I hope for success for Brookwood Cleaners and that they would have better customer service. I am so thankful for the successful 6 years of great service that I had with the previous owners.
