The manager is awful rude.The bathrooms were filthy. Some the stall's didn't even have toilet paper. I would totally search elsewhere if you're hungry and don't like stale bread and stale cold Fry's.

I just finished talking with the Manager at McDonald's at Lawrence, Kansas, 1309 west 6th. street. I went inside this morning and make a take out order. The reason I went inside was because the drive through orders are never correct and I didn't want to get home and discover the order was incorrect. Here is what happen and I need your help.



I order the breakfast #4 with cheese on (2) orders. One with black coffee and the other order with a senior drank.



I received the order and went home. I look at the bill and I was over charged. I was charged for a medium coke at $1l49 instead of a senior drank at $.49. I should have received two black coffee's and one senior drank.



After I noticed this problem I phone the McDonald's at 841-4132 and spoke with the Manager. Jason was his name and he gave me the run around. All I expected was a I'm Sorry but he started to make excuses on why this happen and why I was my fault for ordering a senior drank.



I have been a loyal customer coming to your McDonald's three to four times per week, but with this type of treatment I may just drive down the road to Burger King and take my business there.



Your Manager needs to be reminded that when you make a mistake and don't give the Customer what they paid for, please make it right. I am sad about this mess and hate to leave you as a Customer but feel I have no other chose.
