We had USA communications in Forsyth, MT for over a year, we had so many problems with them that we decided to change companies. We were told by a rep from USA that we DID NOT have a contract with them so we cancelled service, then we were told that we owed $200.00 for breaking contract. When we contacted them and even gave them the person who said we had no contract, she had written in her notes that she told us we had a contract. They state at start of call that it is recorded, now they so it is only written down by rep. We had many,many complaints regarding their service but they could never fix them. If you have another choice on internet,cable, phone pick them DO NOT PICK USA,
