Our city is Lauderhill, a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale which is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, tropical weather and scenic beauty. Advanced Realty is founded on the values of giving advanced quality service to our clients. We pride ourselves on being able to answer any Real Estate and Financial Services query, promptly. Phillip Hudson GRI, our broker, was originally licensed in Florida in 1988. He subsequently moved to New York and worked as a Realtor in Queens and a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors. He is passionate about education and professionalism in the Real Estate industry. He is a Director for The Florida Association of Realtors and has served on several committees in the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale. He is the Chairman of The Education/Professional Development Committee of 2006. He has also served as volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Broward. He is a board member of "Broward Beautiful", a citizen's advisory group that recommends policies relating to beautification and projects for funding under the Broward Beautiful Funding Program.
