- Hands-On Physical Therapy and Athletic Rehabilitation Center is a multifaceted outpatient Physical Therapy facility located in Southfield, Michigan and dedicated to providing the highest standard of physical therapy treatment, utilizing state-of-the-art treatment equipment, the latest innovative and evidence-based treatment techniques, patient education, and one-on-one hands-on approach to obtain the absolute best results possible for each and every patient. The injuries we treat vary from basic sprained ankles or low back pain to high level competetive sport injuries such as ACL surgical repair or rotator cuff injury. The ages of our patients also vary from the pediatric to the geriatric population. Regardless of the type of injury or condition, each patient receives a one-on-one individualized initial evaluation of their condition by Dr. Muhammad, and a physical therapy treatment program is customized for that patient based on their particular condition. Unlike many Corporate-owned physical therapy clinics that concentrate on financial bottom line cost rather than obtaining effective results for the patients that are under their care, Hands-On Physical Therapy and Athletic Rehabilitation Center is Physical Therapist-owned.
