Guy showed up 45 minutes after his three hour service window driving a 20 year old car. That's right, not a truck. No call and no apology. Spent 10 minutes and blew my condenser. Had cold air when he arrived and none when he left. Said he would call my home warranty company and would be about 48 hrs to get a part. When I checked with warranty company 48 hrs later, he never bothered to call. What a clown. If you want less cold air from your AC unit call and ask for Bruce...he'll get you warmer in the summer in 10 minutes and then forget about you.

I was recommended to Ice Cold Air and Heating by my home warranty company. My heating unit needed a new evaporation coil. My was very dirty and could not be cleaned. Ice Cold Air and Heating replaced the coil and did a operations check on all other functions of my furnace. Everything was completed timely and now my heater is functioning better than ever. I would recommend Ice Cold Air and Heating to anyone who is looking for a company that is local.

In January my smoke alarms were going off randomly. Of course, it was at 3:00 am everyday. I could not figure out why. There wasn't any sign of smoke. My alarms also detect for carbon monoxide gas. I called Ice Cold Air and Heating they were at my home within the hour. They checked my home for carbon monoxide and found there were slight signs of a problem. They made all repairs necessary and replacement of parts were made at a reasonable charge. Not a sleepless night since. Thank you, Ice Cold Air and Heating.

In January my heating system stopped blowing warm air. I called Ice Cold Air and Heating. The technician was at my home within the hour. My Compressor had gone bad. It also needed some other maintenance performed. The technician asked me if I had a home warranty. I did, so I gave them a call. They covered all the work that needed to be done on my system. Thank you, Ice Cold Air and Heating.

My experience with Ice Cold Air and Heating was a very good one. I had been without heat and I needed repairs to my system. They were timely, cordial, professional and very easy to talk to and understand. My repairs were completed within a day and I was not overcharged. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

New 4 ton unit purchased in 2010 from Ice Cold Air & Heating. Bruce M. Copertino Jr. ( NSCB Lic # 0063408 ) co-owner with Mother Bernadette P. Taylor are NOT someone you want to call when you need SERVICE!!! When I needed service (July 2011) on the unit he sold me, he was a NO CALL - NO SHOW for 3 days in the July Heat. LIES... LIES and Babbling, lame excuses and more LIES were the only thing I was given for a written 3 year labor warranty. Formal complaint will be filled with The Nevada State Contractors Board. This twenty - something KID is not someone you want to do business with. All you get is HOT AIR !!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! 5 hrs late on the 1st appointment & eventually I ended up calling in to work cause I was hoping to get my a/c fixed. On that 1st visit, it almost seemed as if he was just trying to collect my service call fee. No communication at all!!! Never showed up to the 2nd appointment. Found out the whole time I'm at home waiting on the 1st appointment this Technician which is also the business owner was busy posting ads and promotions on his business facebook profile & Craigslist. So while I'm at home waiting and having to miss work with my 4 yr old daughter in this heat, this guy is busy online not caring about his clients. He also wanted to charge me for a cleaning on the a/c unit that I later found out by another technician I didn't even need. I finally had to call my Home Warranty to have another contractor come service my a/c. I don't even care if I have to wait another 3-5 days to get it fixed as long as i'm dealing with someone who is responsible, honest, communicative and does not waste my time!!! NOTICE: the "great service" review was posted the same day the owner replied to the bad review..... Thanks Bruce for wasting my time!!!
