Chance Helical Applicator. Micropiles. Williams or Titan coarse threaded hollow bar steel. Repairing cracked and damaged concrete floor slabs, foundations, basement walls, and retaining walls. New construction. Utilizing AGSS to reduce the swell potential of clay soils before constructing roads or buildings. Utilize Helical Piers or Micropiles to provide a very stable deep foundation for any type of surface structure. Slope stabilization using soil nails or tie back ground anchors. Helical anchors or Micropiles will be used for these methodologies.
