The neighbors are average. Some keep to themselves, and some are nosy and want to know everything so they can spread rumors. Also the park management here is the worst of the worst. You want any maintenance done you can forget about it. If you aren’t giving them money in any way then they don’t care about you at all. And the corporate management does not respond to emails unless you threaten to take legal action for stuff not being done. The don’t apologize if one of their workers threatened your life or threatened to do damage to your property.
