By far this is the worst store& service I myself& my girlfriend have ever gotten. I brang my phone in to ask about having it looked at because it has been acting up, in the middle of telling the girl the problems her personal cell rang it was her boyfriend& she took the call cutting me off from telling her the problems Im having with my cell, acting like she is not in the middle of a business transaction & figuring out the problem & how to go about fixing it. Bottom line I got no help at all it was basicly like talking to a wall that rolls her eyes when we said um hello were rite here are u gonna help us or talk on the phone about what your boyfriend wants to do tonight.

Still no phone solution everything is the same, cricket really should pay attention more to who they hire being that person is a direct reflection of the company& if their employees dont care does cricket really care because it doesn't look it at all. I wish I could remember her name & cricket needs to fix this ASAP.
