This is a terrible company to do business with. When I went on Medicare I had to turn in the equipment I had been renting because they don't cover Medicare. The owner picked up the equipment and my check for the balance on my account on April 1, 2014 (they couldn't make it on March 31, 2014). I have been getting past due notices every month since then for the exact same amount that I had paid. Today they finally acknowledged that they did get my payment but that I now owe them for an additional month. They obviously can't keep decent records. They are making a lot of money renting out old equipment.

I wish I could give the place less than one star. I received a call telling me that my item was available for pick up. I had to pry the girl on the phone for an address to the place and was hung up on before I could ask for a telephone number (because my home phones did not register their number). So the next day I drove twenty miles to this hole in the wall establishment and was the only one in there. I still waited 30 minutes for someone to search for my item only to tell me that she had given it to someone else earlier. And now I have to waste more gas and more time to go back to this dinky (and unkempt) place.
