STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY !!! They charge you $65.00 to have your garage door broken spring fixed and another $65.00 to replace the broken smoke detector.
They do not tell you about these charges until you are ready to sign the lease.
The woman running this place has no empathy for her tenant's need's.
I should have listened to my wife when she hesitated at the signing.

To late for me, but maybe some else will listen and not have to go thru this.

Horrible company , I would rather deal with the IRS !!!

I have been a renter all my life. I have dealt with a lot of Landlords and Management Companies that's why trust me when I say " Anna has been in this Business for the past 10 years. And knows Property Management inside out!! A Broker herself...... She will always do the right thing for the situation. That's why I've been with her company for the past 7 years......2 different houses later..... I want to say Thank you Anna"!
