Travelling from Arizona to Minnesota we broke down in Las Vegas NM. We happened to meet Michael at the nearby Taco Bell, we mentioned our car trouble and a local family highly recommend him. Knowing we were in a hurry and our vacation time was ticking away he started working first thing Sunday morning. He had us back on the on Monday. He was a good judge in character and trusted us to pay him the next day since his wife was sick, and couldn't give us an estimate. He went above and beyond to save our vacation. We highly recommend his services.

Thanks Michael!

MICHAEL IS A RIP OFF HE PRETENDS TO GET THE JOB DONE BUT REALLY HE IS TAKING YOU FOR YOUR MONEY... HE MAY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AT FIRST BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING...HE RIPPED MYSELF AND SO MANY PEOPLE IN LAS VEGAS OFF THAT HE HAS A BAD REPUTATION.. AS LONG AS HE'S CHARGING YOU OUTRAGEOUS FEES HE WINS... IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO PAY HIM HE WILL.KEEP YOUR VEHICLE AND TRY TO GET MONEY OFF YOUR VEHICLE.... BE VERY AWARE N STAY AWAY FROM MICHAELS PRECISION...ANOTHER THING HE WILL DO IS NOT CALL YOU BACK OR ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALL IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE WAY THEY FIXED IT...YOUR BEST BET IS STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIS BAD BUSINESS THATS WHY HE IS FAR FROM TOWN HE DOES BAD BUSINESS N PEOPLE DESPISE HIM...THE PEOPLE OF LAS VEGAS DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM.

On March 23, 2015, travelling from Colorado to Arizona, I stopped in Las Vegas to get gas and my clutch was gone! I contacted 3 auto shops in Las Vegas and 2 responded. Michael was the only shop that could help. I have never met such amazing, talented mechanics. The employees & owners went above & beyond in getting me back on the road. Beautiful shop, friendliest people, and turned a bummer road trip into an AWESOME adventure. Thank you so much Michael, Melissa, Gerald, Jesse, and those of you that got my POS Suzuki Forenza on the road!! Respectfully, Kathy David

On October 26th, 2014 our car broke down, leaking antifreeze, in Las Vegas, NM. We were between our Summer home in Minnesota and our winter home in Arizona. We were recommended to Michael's Precision Automotive by a local mechanic Gilbert. Work was performed and we were on the road again, $923.78 later. We could always smell antifreeze immediately afterwards. Being several hundred miles away, we could not just go back. I tried to contact Michael several times, and left several messages that were not returned. Desperately, after continuously smelling antifreeze, and not wanting to break down on the road again, and since Michael's would not return our calls, we brought our Lincoln to a Ford dealership in Green Valley, Arizona for our repeat problem. We had a leaking intake manifold again, but this time it was not just the gasket, it was a known Ford engine problem with the intake manifold that has been posted in the Ford Bulletins for a long time. The Ford mechanic said that Michaels should have also been aware of this common Linclon problem. Again, the same tare-down was preformed, new intake manifold gaskets and this time the leaking manifold was replaced and no more antifreeze smell. $1,503.00 later. I am not satisfied with Michael's since the work had to be done twice at my expense. Not even a call back to discuss this event. I would not recommend Michael’s Precision Automotive to anyone.

Sincerely,

Don Carlson
