Trust properties is probably the worst place you could rent from in the state of new mexico. If I could rate my experience with this greedy family I'd give them all a 0 in experience, customer service, and management services. If you hand them a deposit, be ready to never see that money ever again, if you ask for move out pictures, don't expect to get any kind of educated response, you'll most likely get a run-around, if you ask for a break down of your move out charges expect to get a response somewhere along the lines of " Please consult your attorney and we will see you in court". If your neighbors are renting from trust properties and they're selling drugs or threatening you children expect to get a lecture on how, if you don't like it, you should move somewhere else, she will advise you NOT to call the cops because that will attract too much attention to her (the mom), call her instead, (cause she can fix EVERYTHING right?) WRONG! if I could pay each person I got NOT to rent from these people, I gladly would with no hesitation whatsoever

The people are extremely unprofessional. I have contacted them multiple times with interest in renting one of there properties. They either do not return my phone call or seem to have an excuse every time I ask to view them.

Not impressed at all. I called them to try to get them to be the property manager for a rental I have in Las Cruces and was told they weren't interested. I thought that's what they were advertising.
