Do not go here for your wedding dress or for bridesmaids dresses. We got a one size fits all and they sewed everything together,charge for everything.Very poorly made all the dresses.Also when you rent tuxedos you do not get any deposit back. Wasn't too happy with this place.

I don't recommend Renee's Bridal for alterations. My dress was too long and it was given back to me with the under-layer still in pins. The sewing that they did do was really sloppy, lazy, and uneven. There were lots of threads coming out of the hem, and it wasn't sewn straight. When I brought it up to Camille the owner that the dress was too long, she was very cold and said I would have to get taller shoes. The shoes I wore were the same height as when I was fitted, but at my fitting I was pushed into wearing a petticoat that I didn't want. It was strange, because before I was dissatisfied, Camille was really nice and helpful and she recommended other vendors. Once they knew I was unhappy it was like she didn't care anymore. They call the second fitting the final fitting, but no more alterations are done even if it doesn't fit correctly. Make sure you get everything you want done at the first fitting, because that's it. I am just a bridesmaid but I want to save any new Brides-to-Be as much headaches as possible. My friend came here and found a beautiful dress but other than that they have been a huge nightmare. They did the fitting with the heels she is wearing for the wedding and yet somehow the dress is 3 inches too long. They told her they would not re-alter and that she should buy higher heels. Then today she found a new problem they forgot to alter an entire layer and left pins in her dress. My friend writes ----- does not recommend renee's bridal for alterations at all. my dress is 3 inches too long and the under layers are held up by PINS! not sewn up, no hem. pins.----- SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE!!!
