We needed to have an annual inspection and service done on our fire extinguishers. Apparentely, we used them the prior year, so we called them to do the inspections this year. After leaving message after message with whoever it was that answered the phone but, could not help me, I recieved a returned phone call after seven attempts and a week later. He said that he wasn't sure of his schedule but that he would need to check it and would call me back the following morning so we could set something up. Of course as I anticipated, no phone call. I let a couple of days go by and called them again and left three more messages. No phone call. So, I called our local fire station and asked them who they could recommend to us. They recommended Crown Welding in Alamogordo. I called Crown Welding and got an almost immediate response and they were able to come out within two days.
