Wonderful, friendly service. So pleased with the repairs to my car, after my accident! They were very time efficient and worked well with my insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing!

I'm so pleased with the services from this shop. My door needed to be replaced and my front bumper was loose. They were quick and my car looks new again! I would definitely recommend this shop!

I was involved in an accident on I-10W about 10 miles east of Las Cruces. I am from San Antonio, TX and was enroute to Phoenix during the Christmas holidays. The car suffered "moderate damage" according to the police report and was no longer drivable. ABC P&B is an authorized State Farm Insurance repair facility and so I went to them for the repair work. While parts were delayed due to the holidays and extremely bad weather up north, when they arrived ABC P&B repaired the car in a timely manner and the work was done to perfection. Mike and Javaier were very good at keeping me appraised of the status of the repairs and the car was repaired on the date they promised. The paint matched perfectly, the front end alignment could not have been accomplished any better and the door alignment was spot on! I could not be more pleased with the folks at ABC P&B. While I know body shops don't always get it perfect the first time, these guys did it in my case.



Also, I arrived approx. 2 hours prior to my sked completion time and had a chance to see them work. They take care of their customers is something was missed. They proceeded to fix a seatbelt warning light problem within 15 minutes and that customer left happy.



I give ABC P&B 5 stars!

Take it from me, I worked there for about two months and then quit. Steve lohman "the owner" cuts the most important corners he pays dirt wages "which ensures poor work" and uses a paint called The Matrix which is dirt cheap material that will cause more harm than good in only a years time especially in the hot climate we have in Las Cruces. If you value your automobile do not take it to ABC Steve Lohman is a crook on many levels and he hides behind some holier than thou religious facade, so there is no getting through to him when attempting to better the process. Ask the shop what materials they use to ensure quality work on your vehicle. In fact I left the auto body industry because almost all of the shops I have ever encountered in this area are cheap crooks. Good luck with that!!!

Do not take your car here. I had someone throw a rock through the roof o f my NEW car. I took it to ABC based on Progressive recomendation. The inital repair took 1 month because the shop had to order a new roof, and the first came damaged. The issues started when I picked up the car. The amount of damage done to the car while in their care was stagering. The car not only had scratches from hood to trunk ranging from minor to severe. The interior had been damaged in several places that required replacement parts to fix. The trunk still had shards glass from the broken window that they did not clean. There were many other issues with glue residue, and parts not being put back properly. I had to take the car back in October for them to fix all these issue, again at Progressives request to allow the shop to clean up its mistakes. The shop took 3 weeks to fix issues that should have never happened. When I got the car back there are still scratches and dings on the car. Will be taking the car to the dealer now. The shop manager could not even bother to get up from his desk or apologize when I was there. I would not let these guys change a light bulb let alone ever work on another vehicle of mine. However I give kudos to for Progressive for standing up for me and leting me take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly

Sloppy work and careless errors. If your insurance company recommends this shop, I highly suggest you find a different one.
