l first ordered a New X-Treme Sedona 36 Volt Silver Electric Bicycle through my youngest sister, and arrived at M&M Ultrasports. The owner Ralph Megal is really nice and very knowledgeable about all kinds of bicycles, in which ones to get and not to get. l like the X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Blue Electric Bicycle it`s my favorite bicycle. l`d like to have that bicycle too. l`ll have to upgrade to the X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Blue Electric Bicycle someday. They really ride good and have lots of power to them. l highly recommend these bicycles, and the Add Motor Electric Bicycles too.

M&M ultrasports is the very best bicycle shop I have found I have been doing business with them for over 7 years they are just a small shop but that is what I like about them they're very professional and care about their customers they take their time with you they don't rush through anything with you whether it's helping you purchase a bicycle or fixing a bicycle or just going over any information you need. I recently have purchased a Electric Xtreme bicycle beach cruiser I absolutely love it I really wasn't able to pay for it all at once so they let me do layaway payments it helped me afford to buy my new bicycle I will always be loyal to M&M ultrasports I will never go anywhere else

Incredible customer service! I called them yesterday in a panic just having received a new electric scooter that I purchased elsewhere because I didn't know about them yet. Michelle and Ralph were both so kind and helpful not knowing yet if I would even need to bring the scooter in. As it turned out, I didn't have to. I wish I had bought it from them now. I can't recommend them highly enough for their expertise and customer service.

I totally recommend M&M Ultrasports. They gave me same day service and that is unheard of in today’s world. They were friendly and knew everything about my electric bicycle and I would go back to them for all my electrical needs.

I have had the pleasure to bring my atv and jetski into M & M for repairs. Not only are they knowlegable but the service is unbelievable. They are very competive and always willing to help me out if I have a problem. As far as pricing goes, they always called me to give me an update, which I have never had happen to me before. No suprises and not overcharged. Thanks M&M for a great job and superior customer service.
