cant say enough about this place. been buying parts here for about 20 years now and they always go above and beyond. recently bought a dishwasher and stove and pricing was better than the box stores. took a little longer than expected to get teh stove in but that is the world we live in today. we watch the news and know things are taking longer than usual. we see it where we work too so wasn't too surprising and apsco did let us know when we bought the range that the date was only estimated and could change by the manufacturer. they offered a range to use temporarily but since it wasn't too long of a wait, we declined but just having the option was something we didnt expect. overall a great experience.

Needed two appliances repaired, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. They fixed the refrigerator and the repair charge was less than we were expecting. They also applied the first service call charge to the repair cost (think it was $59), so basically the first service appointment for the refrigerator was free with the repair. And for the dishwasher, the service man talked us out of getting it repaired! He said based on the age of the machine (12 years old) and the cost to get a new one, he didn't think it was worth the money to repair. He said he would have someone call us with pricing for a new one. A salesman called us that same day and gave us some choices and prices. They even gave us a partial "service credit" to apply to the price. On top of that, their price was already in line with or better than the companies around here before that service credit. So we bought the new one from them and they had it out to us the very next day. Could not be happier with our Apsco experience. A+ all the way!

So happy to learn that Apsco is not only still around, but that they are still selling appliances in addition to their repair service! I have been using them for years and quite frankly didn't want to have to start shopping someplace else. Just got a new washer/dryer set and could not be happier with my experience. Had to wait a few days for them to order them for me, but the wait was less than expected and they had the best price. We'll be back when we redo our kitchen in a couple of months. Apsco customers for life!

Very nice salesman however I am very disappointed that they do not list prices on their online site and when I called was told I had to provide model numbers and he would have to call me back. Sorry don't have time to sit around and wait for a call back. Home Depot and Lowe's have prices listed in their ads I see no reason for Apsco not to do the same. In the interest of time I will not have time to shop Apsco!

They reapired my leaking washer and following the repair it began making a loud noise during the spin cycle. When I called within the 90 day warranty was told they could not guarantee I would not be held responsible for the cost of the service call should they discover the noise was unrelated to their previous repair. My machine did not make this noise prior to their repair....company won't back their gaurantee for repairs, be aware before using them.

Very professional, highly recommend! The repair man called me in the morning to give me a time frame of when he would be there to fix my dryer. He was right on time. And he was able to fix the dryer on his first visit and waived the service call fee. Used them many times before, always been very happy with their service and their prices.

I needed a new ice maker for my refrigerator's freezer which cost $70. The guy at the parts store said it would be a total of $130 installed. After less than 3 minutes of installation time (which included the time to remove the broken appliance), I was charged over $190. Make sure to get anything they say in writing, and inquire whether the repair is easy enough to do it yourself. Better yet, go somewhere else.
