I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS from Motorcars of Lansing. I was there to look at another model, yet Rick Badawi pointed me toward the CTS. That is where I really wanted to be, as this sport sedan was equipped with the 6 speed manual trans (a real selling point for me). The car is nearly spotless, performs beyond expectation and was priced below bluebook with a free carfax. Rick did all the legwork and made my financing as seamless as possible. He even lowered the price $500 below our agreed-upon price to get the terms I required. (Imagine my surprise to get that phone call!) Today, three weeks after driving off the lot, despite my "As Is, no warranty" purchase, Rick got me into the service center, without an appointment, to fix my tire pressure monitor, at no cost to me. Everyone I met was exceedingly friendly; the showroom, lot and service bays were spotless. My girlfriend even raved about the restroom. Do yourself a favor, give these guys a look, for your next preowned vehicle. Ask for Rick. Tell him Scott sent you.

I had a fender bender on Election Day. So I voted to take my car to Motorcars of Lansing to get it fixed. I brought to Motorcars for one reason and one reason only, "The Leadership". My car was repaired by a great team of mechanics that was managed by a great team of leaders. And it was this same leadership TEAM that had my vehicle back on the road in 2 days. It was also the same Motorcars Team that sold me my vehicle. Im not writing this review for xxxxxxor maybe a discount on an oil charge (which i have done here too), Im writing because its my opportunity to say thank you. Thank you Motorcars of Lansing. You continue to always be one step ahead of the rest.

Rick came in on his day off to meet my schedule. I was greeted with a smile from everyone! I ate the best Mediterranean food ever! And was still able to make it home on time with my new car to volunteer on my sons bus! This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had quick and easy thanks Rick!

My beloved Buick was totaled recently had to find another vehicle. Cadillac ATS was beautiful but had an issue. The management team as well as Jacob, personally met with me and guaranteed in writing to fix the issue. Followed through with their word and I couldn't be happier! Will send more business their way. Hard to find a person who sticks to their word these days... JOB WELL DONE!
