The Bad Luck is having 2 major insurance claims for water damage to your house in 2 years. It seemed like we were just done with one and getting back to normal when disaster struck a second time!! Things we never could have planned for or expected - just happened.



The Good Luck was finding J & L Restoration the first time and having such an excellent job done that it certainly was a no brainer who to call the second time!!



They worked with us and the insurance company every step of the way, explained everything, were very careful with all my things (I/we have a lot of antiques and family heirlooms that needed special treatment). They were also very prompt, knowledgeable, and dependable.

They kept me informed every step of the way with no rude surprises. Work done included siding, painting, roofing, carpentry, and more & was all done to my satisfaction.
