They are complete rude and condescending! If you are late by 2 days, they blow up your phone to harass you. The manager (I think his name is Mo) is a jerk! He was kind when my husband and I was starting to sign the contract but every encounter we had after that, he treated us like we were scum just for being a couple days late (due to payroll issues at my job)! The other employees there are just as bad! I ended up returning something to them and Mo started asking me personal questions that he had no business asking regarding me and my husband! PLEASE think twice before giving any business to these people!

Friendly service with options. You can use it like layaway, except get your item right then or they do have it where you can make payments for 2 years. If you pay the item off within 120 days, you have no extra charges. You just pay for your product and thats it. I would recommend this to anyone that hasn't got a lot of extra money and needs appliances. Or if you have problems saving money for an item. Plus NO CREDIT CHECKS!!!

Stay away from this place!!! They have very poor customer service. I rented a washer and dryer from them almost 10 months ago. I've done a great job paying on my account. I recently lost my job and fell 1 month behind. I called to make a payment arrangement. I spoke with Andrew the assistant manager. We agreed to an affordable amount over the phone. When I called back a few days later to make the payment, Mo, the manager told me that it was unacceptable and that I need to come up with all of the money up front. Too many chiefs, no communication. Very unprofessional. They even sent a truck out to my house about 2 hours AFTER I made the arrangement with them and had the nerve to charge me $10.00 for it.
