They staff has always been helpful and courteous, I have been to several events where there was a tent from A-1, and it look nice. When we need a tent on a Thursday afternoon for that weekend, I made a phone call.



The owner show up personally, put up the tent the next morning, and showed up on Sunday evening to take it down by himself. That is good customer service in my book.

I will admit I was one of those people who didn't rent here due to the comments here on yahoo review. That's why I am writing this, I was "forced" last week to rent from this company as the company I usually use did not have the lift I had reserved (weeks earlier but that's for another review) . I was hesitant to come at first but I found everything to be like they claimed on there website. (price and policies included) . I actually found the staff ( Jerry or Gary don't remember his name but he is a big guy)with mustache, i think manager or something, )to be very knowledgeable and helpful even offering extra tips I would have never thought. I am not someone who usually writes responses but I felt that seeing as I didn't give this company a chance due to the reviews I should give my feed back. My only complaint was when I showed up on Saturday morning there was 5 people in front of me waiting, but the two guys in the front, did a pretty good job getting everyone set,....... but I guess that's not the end of the world.

I rented a bobcat and it was dropped off with 2 flat tires and was handed an air compressor and was told to keep the tires filled. I am trying to complete a job, I didn't pay for broken down junk. Then I was charged extra for damaging the tires because it was returned with flat tires. Rip off!!

Have rented hear before and have had good luck. Recently I called about getting a tool and the price quoted was different from what was listed online and was told that since I was renting on a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday I would have to pay $35 more than the normally daily rate since I would have until Monday. I will be renting tool from someplace new!

i booked my sons graduation from A-1.being my first party,i was overwhelmed.i was informed when i called that i needed to come in to reserve.when i questioned this policy,i was told it was to quarentee everything was exactly as i desired.Boy,was i glad i came in!gary was extremely helpful,no hard sell but obviuosly he and the staff more than knew their stuff!i had them deliver,set up and take down my party andthey were on time,contientious and very professional.I had soo many complements!I it really does make a difference using an established,professional home town company!
