Best car buying experience I have ever had in 35 years! Very friendly staff - drove in from Lenexa. Had closer dealerships but none of them could come close to their price for the same vehicle.

Speedway service department was outstanding. They stepped up and arranged a car for me while my car was in the shop. Special ordered my parts and called me the next day to tell me they had arrived. Cathy in service was friendly and more than willing to help make our service experience a good one.

Great customer service. They were polite and very helpful.

Speedway service dept was outstanding. Went out of their way to ensure I had a rental car while my car was serviced. Pricing was compariable to other shops but the people sell it.

This was by far the worst experience of my entire life when working with a dealership. I dealt with some false advertising and some serious bait & switch. Additionally, they ran my credit illegally without my signed authorization. Don't waste your time with these crooks.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in Dec & had nothing but problems with it from the get go. It was like pulling teeth to get them to pay to get a seatbelt repair at no cost to us 3 days after we bought it. Then we started having all kinds of electrical problems with it within DAYS of the warranty expiring AND in the process found paperwork in the glovebox showing that it had been wrecked. The dealership basically told us too bad so sad there was nothing they could do to fix the problems since it was out of warranty & that they could not trade it in on another vehicle because now that they knew it was wrecked it was worth several THOUSAND dollars less. The only way they would do a trade was if we put down 3-5 thousand dollars on the new vehicle, which is ridiculous because they basically sold us a wrecked vehicle for WAY more than it was worth.

Saw a car I was interested in and asked a salesman how much they wanted for it. He told me he needed some information from me before he could tell me the price. HUH??? Went into his office and he proceeded to question my credit. Told him I have great credit but that I was going to pay cash anyway. Long story short after 30 minutes in his office I never got the price, and will never look or buy from this place!
