One of the washing machines damages some of my clothing and the manager Joanne was very rude about the situation and blamed me for ruining my own clothes. Clearly the the washer had something in it the damaged my sweaters. Also the laundromat always has numerous washers and dryers that are out of order. Sometimes the rinse cycle malfunctions on some of the big washers, leaving your clothes drenched. All and all this it is a terrible place to go for laundry. They need to get there equipment serviced and learn better customer service.
