This is the worse Mechanic Shop I have ever patronized and will never do it again. I filed compliant with the Illinois Better Business Bureau. I told everyone & I will NEVER STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE DAMAGE THEY DID. I WILL POST SIGNS IN LANSING, SO. HOLLAND & DOLTON TOO. I wouldn't take my truck for any kind of services even if it was free !!! I t

I never had any major & expensive problems with my truck. Just typical & tiny issues such as breaks, flats, & muffler problems. I took my truck for a muffler problem & when they returned it to me; I was shocked & baffled they tore the tire off my ram. I was full of so much distress & up set I showed all the customers there. That wasn't all the damage they done. But they tore & severely damaged my engine. They swore up & down they didn't do it & became very violent that I called the police. Make a long story short owner ron carter refuse to pay for the damage. I took my truck to several mechanic shop THEY ALL SAND THE SAME THING UR TRUCK WAS STUCK & A TIRE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGE; & IT WAS. ron carter has another shop in So . Holland industrial area on 169th state street by MM roof shop; Please do not patronize him. Surrounding mechanics do not like ron carter due poor business practice. My truck was fixed at $2,700 but will never be the same. Check with BBB & ask for my email.
