I would suggest you rethink allowing this company to touch your car in any way. Not only did Eddie not fix my car, but he attempted to berate me when I asked for a refund. If you would like more information, check out the review on Yelp that has been posted. Checked with the Better Business Bureau and he has had many complaints including the one I filed about his behavior.

So on Friday June 19, 2015(included the date so you understand that this was a recent experience) I called them to come and check my car out because my air conditioner wasn't working. I believe his name is Earl(he said he is the owner of the company) came out to look at my car. After checking my car he said it was my compressor that needed to be replaced, which I already knew because I had it looked at prior to calling him. So I agreed to the $185 fee to change the compressor. After changing my compressor, he told me that their was actually a short in my car that wasn't allowing the air to flow because when he put the wires directly to the battery the air came out. He went on to tell me how the 1st person who looked at my car was unprofessional because he didn't use the proper tools to diagnose the problem and it would have definitely cost me more that $75 for the guy to fix. Fine. So he says well I can come back to fix the short for you for $135 on Wednesday. He said he couldn't do it that night because it was getting late. I said ok. So we set up an appointment for 10:00am on Wednesday the 24th.



I called him Wednesday morning around 8:15am to confirm his arrival time. He responded by text at 10:15 to tell me that he had a court date he had forgotten and that he would be coming as soon as he was finished in court. After 3 hours(1:15) I called him again, now I get the company answering service, to see what time he would arrive. The lady took all my info and said that someone would get back to me in 20 minutes or less. No response. Fast forward to 4:30pm I call him again, he finally answers and says "I'm sorry the day got away from me but I will come out tomorrow to get it done for you"(in case you are wondering, no not at anytime during the day did he call or text me again to let me know he wouldn't be able to make it). I said ok, I have something to do in the morning but I will definitely be home by 1:00, Is that going to work for you. He replied: "Yes I'll see you at 1:30". I arrived home at 12:45 and called him once again to confirm his arrival time. I got his answering service, I again told the lady my name and the reason I was calling and I'd like to make sure that he will be out to fix my car at 1:30. Again, I was told that she was sending the info to the tech and somebody would respond within 20 minutes or less. I said ok. Again, no response. So after giving him the benefit of the doubt, I know we get busy and problems can occur that are out of our control, maybe he is just running late(doesn't excuse the fact he didn't call me. I do have an appointment). I waited. 3:30pm, I CALL HIM, AGAIN. Now he answers, I said hello this is Ms. Hill and I am calling to see what time you will be here to fix my car. Oh well, I'm not going to be able to make it today I got some calls that I need to go on so maybe I can come out on Friday. I HUNG UP ON HIM.



I can not believe how this whole situation was treated. His level of unprofessionalism: EXPERT. I can't believe he would treat a return customer in this way or any customer for that matter. After confirming appointments with me, you tell me you can't come because you have other calls to go on. If I'm not mistaken, in business, every dollar counts. Well in his case, I guess not. Needless to say I will NEVER use his service again and if you are thinking of using it, please reconsider. Well, I don't know if your job is big enough and he can make money off you, he will probably show up. And they wonder why people don't support black businesses.

Very convenient. I work during the day and it is almost impossible to get to a shop. They came to my job and fixed the brakes in the parking lot. Saved me time and money. I refereed a few coworkers and they gave me a free oil change. Excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Owner Eddie Epps can not be trusted with your vehicle. He did not do the work promised and the problem was not fixed. Takes advantage of female customers and has no problem ripping them off. Very poor customer service and will leave you hanging. The sad part is he was recommended by a very good friend who did not know he was ripping off customers. STOP RECOMMENDING EDDIE EPPS MARS2CARS so other people dont get ripped off!

Do NOT use these people! Eddie was referred to us by a good friend of HIS, we called him to help us with one of our service vehicles when it wouldn't start. It took him a day to show up, when he got here he didn't seem to know what he was doing so he just taking the whole truck apart, starting with the electrical system, then the battery, then the alternator which meant he had to remove our gas tank! None of the above worked, he then said we just needed a tune up. One of our top guys stopped buy and took a look at what he was doing and suggested that he try some starter fluid...that worked but only temporarily. We were charged One-thousand dollars and Eddie said he would come back with a new battery the next day. He came back 2 days later with the battery which still did not solve the problem, he promised to come back again, that he only needed to check a few things out and we have not seen him since. We have called him several times and he promises to come back out every time, we have contacted our mutual friend and he promised him he would come back out....no show every time. He has left us with a service vehicle that does not run and is in worse shape because when he took our dash apart he did not replace it correctly which caused the wires to burn while the truck running for that short period of time when he used the starting fluid. In short, the truck doesn't run and we're out a thousand dollars we couldn't afford...don't make the same mistake. It is making me give them a rating but as far as we're concerned he doesn't deserve any stars!!!

THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE!!!! MY WAS DOWN, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST A WEEKS TO REPAIR. HOWEVER MARS2CARS CAME OVER AND FIXED IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. I HAD BEEN LOOKING ONLINE FOR A QUALITY MECHANIC AND FOUND THEIR SERVICE. TO MY SURPRISE MY OWN AUNT HAS BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!
