I placed orders worth $4000 and was skeptical about the bunkyboard but went ahead with it based on the suggestion of a sales representative ...considering that they're the experts. On delivery, the bed turned out to be too high for my child. I explained my concern to a sales mgr and was told that I could return the bed at a 15% restocking fee. The fee seemed much so I decided to just return just the bunkyboard. On meeting with the mgr the same day, I was told that I could return the $170 board for a $47 shipping charge. I offered to deliver the board myself only to be turned down. I've purchased from furniture stores in the area in the past but have never received such poor customer service. I was going to furnish 2 more rooms in our home from Raymour but will clearly not return to this store after this experience.
