Absolutely horrible customer service! Do not purchase anything from this location! You have an assistant manager, who acts and dresses as a teen and doesn’t appear to know what’s going on. You have a manger who was incredibly unpleasant and I’d use another word to describe her, but I will keep it clean. I was looking for two wedding rings that looked exactly the same. I found two which had two separate tags with pricing. I asked if I could buy one and was told yes, and then asked if I could purchase two and again told yes. Well…when I tried to return one, because it was put in the system as a set (even though clearly marked differently) it became this HUGE issue. They REFUSED to allow me to return one ring. I had no choice but to return both. Now maybe, because they entered it wrongly I truly was unable to return one, but instead of NICELY explaining this to me and working to locate another ring they were instead INCREDIBLY RUDE and blamed me as the consumer. I was REPETEDLY told that I was the one confused and truly bought a set. It was a NIGHTMARE and when I called customer service to get this resolved, they were nice but again blamed me. My advice, absolutely NEVER PURCHASE from these people. It’s humorous to me how on their website, they say EAST RETURNS! What a joke!!!!!
