I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. I have NEVER, EVER experienced such AWFUL customer service in my life. I purchased my furniture on 11/8/13. I was promised EVERYTHING would be delivered on 11/30/13. The week of delivery I get told my couch would be delayed 2 weeks. Then delivery day comes and I am missing an ottoman (the delivery guy flat out told me it wasn't there because he didn't know what it was so he didn't load it on the truck. Hey buddy, ever hear of ASKING?!?!?), as well as 2 bar stools. One bar stool that was delivered had a hole in it, and my dining table was damaged. I called the store, spoke with a manager who told me he would review everything and call me back later that day. That was Saturday and I never received a call. I had to call them back. Then I get another call today that my couch is being delayed another week! I ask to speak with a manager and I was told he would have to call me back. That was hours ago and no call back. I am cancelling my order and taking my business elsewhere! Do yourself a favor and do the same! This was the worst buying experience of my life!!!!
