Paul C is a coward. He is Paul Cardone, of Hopatcong. He is a drug addict, who has been turned away from other companies. Specifically Region Oil. He asks what happened to hard workers, and he himself is actually a laid off union APPRENTICE BUM. Take reviews w/ a grain of salt. Anonymous reviews mean nothing, similar to Paul Cardone's contribution to this planet. P.S. Paul... It's Starz Oil not "startz".

I had my oil tank filled with startz yesterday...they charged me a 2 man fee bc my house is down a bunch of steps which I was ok with bc it is harder then most. However I was left a note that said"please find another oil company" I called to find out the issue and apparently the OWNER left the note and did not ring my door bell as I was home bc he has no interest in doing business with me bc of carrying the hose back up the stairs. Lazy if you ask me when I was charged a two man fee. What happen to hard workers?

Very poor customer service. I called with questions, and got answered with questions. When I didn't understand the problem, I was told I had the wrong company and to use someone else. Even after calling back, was told they did not want to speak to me, and to use someone else. Called several other companies immediately after with the same questions, and was gladly answered with much better business ethics. Very disappointing.

I used to spend between 4 and 5k on oil from them each season until they decided to stop price matching and tried to overcharge during the "polar vortex". Very disappointed with them. Other oil companies were more than happy to take my business with the same level of service and price matching.

Prompt answering of phone... Great Price (comparatively speaking!!) Delivery same day! Thanks
