Be careful. I made an appointment to have technician come out between 10 and 12. I noticed a few minutes after 10:00 I had a missed call from them. So I called them back within 15 minutes of their call. They cancelled my appointment for the day and said they would come the following day. The bad news is they didn't even leave a message that this was what they were planning to do.

Tony was a nice guy but beware of their website's claim of "Most Appliance Repairs are under $100.00." Charged $360 for a part that they sell on their part finder site for $148. Over $200 for a 5 minute installation seems a bit excessive to me so check out the parts online before giving them a check. Even with paying the $45 service call, you'll be way ahead of the game in the end. Customer Service when making my inquiry regarding the price was poor at best so we will not be calling these guys again for any additional appliance repairs that we may need.

I needed to get my fridge fixed and had to break down and call someone. A Appliance happened to be the first on the list and I am glad it was. Tony came out to my house and before even touching my fridge (just by listening to it!) he knew it was one of two issues. After a very quick check (3 minutes) he diagnosed the issue. When I told Tony that I had been researching the internet and I wanted to buy the part online and try to do it myself, he spent almost a whole hour showing me how to do it! Even though he was not going to be doing my service, he spent his time and energy showing me the right way to install the part so I didn't create more of an issue. If that is not amazing service, I'm not sure what is. Thanks Tony for helping me as much as you did. It truly left a lasting impression so that the next time anything goes wrong in my house, you'll be the first one I call!

I called at 11pm to see if I could leave a message for someone to contact me the next day to repair my refrigerator. I got Tony and he actually was at my house within an hour!! He fixed my refrigerator, saved all my groceries (which I had JUST done that day). I LOVE This company!! So polite, great, nice, can't say enough positive! (They also repaired my dryer a few months back saving me tons of money! I didn't have to buy a new one!) I'll call them ANYtime I need them! Thank you!

I had Tony come out to look at my Dryer, which just recently stopped heating up. Tony worked diligently to check every aspect of my dryer, eventually discovering the heating element had been damaged. He placed an order for the replacement and made arrangements to come back out, my dryers heating element was not one that they usually carry. The next day Tony came out hooked everything back up and I once again have a working dryer.

hi i call the other night after calling 10 other appliance repair services a live girl picked up and took my info she told me that a appliance repair tech will be at my home within the hour my refrigerator had stoped working well when i went outside i saw that he had gotten to my home it was within 30 mins all i have to say is that he was nice fast and the bill was under $100 and the best thing is that i called A Appliance Repair & Service at 10 p.m. last night my appliance repair was a good one keep up the good work guys you are my number one appliance repair company
