Unacceptable business practice. We reserved a truck for moving 4 weeks out. Called to confirm 1 week out - we were told they had overbooked and we were not getting a truck. No phone call from the company. The advertised rental truck guarantee apparently only applies to commercial rentals, not residential. We will NEVER use Ryder truck for any future residential or business moves. Not only is this lack of sevice completely unprofessional, it is borderline fradulent based on Ryder's advertising practices. We found success with Uhaul.
