Should be zero stars. Quick to call and take deposit then never show up and when they do respond it’s an excuse after another. Then they stop responding. In process of getting deposit back. Would NEVER recommend this company. STAY AWAY!!!!

Hello, today I want to tell you about my experience with new city moving and storage company. As you know moving homes is a very big job. it requires a lot of knowledge and a lot of know how, to make sure that everything goes down efficiently and smoothly. But how can you choose the right moving company for your relocation. I would like to say the new city moving company has a 100% satisfaction company. I am giving you a guarantee for the cheapest prices, the best workers, the best customer service and the best of the best courtesy. They always do a very good job.

Our neighbor wanted to move their general store. My mother, recommend them about New City movers. They didn’t only move store but one of the best things to always choose their service is its cooperative and crew who is always on right on time and worked passionately and very quickly. They always packed and move stuffs carefully and professionally. In short their service is always courteous. I highly recommended them for your next move.

Our movers included moving content from 2 homes into 1. This huge task was done by New City Movers easily within no time at all. Their moving at both ends were fantastic and cooperative, they were skilled workers with “can do” . They packed all the material within half an hour, only because they were professionals. They deserve 10/10 for their perfect and swift services, there was never a need to worry with them. We definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

They book my order on Aug for CA to Florida move. After booking and taking the deposit they never followed up and I have to keep calling the carrier directly. Once the trucking company picked up the stuff nobody bothers to give the update. It has been exact one month my luggage is still in California storage and every day I call and they are saying that they are still looking for another haul to move the stuff. New city professionalism is rock bottom and it seems like once they get money you are own your own to track your stuff. Very disappointing and I do not recommend New city

As a lawyer, I am very busy person. I don't find time for extra activities. In such hectic routine it becomes worst to move your house to another place. They came up and started loading the things in a more professional way and asked me to sit back and relax. After packaging we moved from Kansas City to our desired destination in Salt Lake City. What an excellent experience it was with the New City moving and Storage Company as they moved my kitchen tools and appliances with great caution like it were their own. I didn't know about New City moving and storage. They were recommended to me by a friend. I needed help in moving my things to my boyfriend's place. He lives on the other side of Lancaster and I like to collect glass art and sculptures.
