Mr. Fickes gave me an accurate estimate, and did a fantastic job of installing the water heater. He educated me about the different options. Gave me prices on the 3 options and fit me in before Christmas. I would highly recommend. Thanks Cyn

I called Fickes to do a moderate job of $1000-$3000. As the owner was writing down all my information, he informed me that he needed "a minute to drive through a green light" (yes, he was writing and talking on the phone while driving). Despite my politeness, he was extremely rude on the phone. He failed to call/show up for a quote and when I called to tell him to forget about coming (I was again VERY polite) he was rude again. I called him on his rudeness and he responded by saying "well it was a Monday" and he accused me of being a cheapskate for having a second quote and when I explained that I was going with someone else (Chase and Sons) because they were polite and professional, not because they were cheap, his response was, "well a lot of people are rude to me". I explained that he should consider being polite to customers when business depended on it...His response...."Well, you're not a customer, are you"
