HORRIBLE experience. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After being 20 mins late for pick up we were stuck in traffic for 7 hrs and then they decided to turn around and cancel the trip. They refused to give your money back and will only let you try again on another trip. When we explained we just wanted our money back the company refused to reimburse us. Very very unprofessional and a horrible experience all together do not waste your time or money.
