We pulled up to the curb expecting to be swarmed by sales people. On the contrary, we we had to approach someone to start the buying process. They were very helpful and we had a good time as far as car buying goes. We felt we got a good deal with little pressure as we were prepared to go elsewhere if we didn't get all the extras. In the end we got all the upgrades, a great price and a great car. Still takes forever but that is how it is everywhere. I think car buying is actually getting easier.

They wouldn't even try to help us with our car. Because we bought our car somewhere else they told us that they would be more likely to go the extra mile if we had bought our car there (they said they were being honest). We live far from the dealer so my husband does all the oil changes himself. They said if we were loyal customers they would do more for us. They need to rethink customer service. Oh, the reason why we did not buy our car there is because before we even got out of our car (we parked at the curb on the street) there were 3 sales people waiting on the other side of the sidewalk to "jump" on us with their cards.
