Provided by YPmobileTold one price before appointment. We showed up and told 100 dollars more!! Ridiculous!! Glad we got out of there before the damage was done.... Shop around and get the quote in writing!!!
Just to let all of our customers know we have a set price sheet in our office that is set in writting. The price sheet has been in place since we opened almost 25 years ago. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding price. We quote for our classic series film over the phone but we do carry an optional Pinnacle series film that offers more heat rejection and a no fault warranty in case the customer damages the film on accident. The pinnacle series is an upgraded film and does cost more money. Also keep in mind if there is old tint that needs to be removed on the car we do charge as much as $100 to remove an old tint job on a whole 4 door car. Maybe that could explain why the price may have seemed different to you. Thank you for making me aware that there was a misunderstanding regarding price. Provided by YP.comAWFUL customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Quality was ok be definitely not worth the price or bad attitude. I would not recommend. They also go by AV Window Tinting. In the future I will look for a business that does not have such terrible customer service. Shop around I wish I had! Good Luck!

Unfortunatley I was not here during the week you posted this review and was only aware that there was an incident after I read this review. I am truly sorry if you had a negative experience with one of our employees. I have made steps to insure that company policy and great customer service will continue to be a top priority.
