Consistently will not get out of car to deliver packages. Multiple times have not even pulled in the driveway or honked to attempt to deliver when I've been home. I've paid extra for expedited shipping on items, just to have them refuse to deliver.

Same as above horrible..the only people in the world that get a raise every year regardless of their crappy service and attitude..ridiculous..don't want to give me a receipt as it's too much work for them..deliver opened box to my house ..opened by a tape gun..who uses tape guns? The post office that's who..ridiculous

The worst service ever, the delivery person never bothered to bring the package up to the door, never rang the doorbell, instead left a notice in the mailbox saying no one was there and the package had to be picked up at the office. We were home all day, the driveway has an alarm on it that chimes loudly when someone walks up to the house, the doorbell is quite functional and also dings loudly. Going to the post office to pick up the package only to be told that the driver got a late start and wouldn't be back before the office closes, so now this package which contains medicine needed for every day, cannot be accessed. Then we are told they will not redeliver twice in one day and we have to wait until the mail goes out again tomorrow, since they will not hold the package to be picked up. So now another day gets to be wasted waiting for an incompetent driver without the much needed medication. Not impressed at all their compassion to the situation was much akin to that of someone seeing a dried out slug on the sidewalk. Too bad not my problem.

I note your post office is still listed in temperance on temperance road when in fact you have been at the lewis ave address for years. why hasn't the information been changed in the internet????
