My husband waited for 30 minutes to get his car serviced and once when the guy was able to help him he informed him that his camera was no longer working. Then he was informed it would take 45 minutes to install before they could download all of the information from the car. After spending over a two hours he drove home and then went to the store to pick up food for dinner. When he parked he used the parking brake. As soon as he was heading home the brake would not disengage and his car kept beeping at him every 30 seconds. We had issues before when we had an escalade where the SUV totally shut off mid drive. Then we had everything transferred into our infiniti and we had an issue where his car was saying he had a violation which made us sit in a main lane of traffic for three minutes before he could blow again (from eating a pretzel) and it cost us $60. Those occasions were from the Tacoma location. Now this.... Are all the people working for this company incompetent???
