this office has really gone downhill in the last few months. there used to be an amazing office manager cheryl and she moved so now the owner has hired this one girl named ashley and she just doesnt get it! her attitude is like she is better than the sick patients that go there... i even heard her use the words to someone on the phone.."thats not my problem". i have been going to mountainside for several years for my depression and i have always felt welcome and respected by the staff and doctors. i was always greeted with a smile and My name as i walked through the door. now i hear.. when is your appt... what is your ins...like i dont matter as a person...i guess i was spoiled and was used to feeling special and cared about and now i feel like just another number. i know they are a very busy clinic and they have so many patients but i wish that i could still feel good when i go for my appointments. it is important to me that the people that work in an office are nice and know the answers to my questions.... i wish cheryl would just move back! but i dont even know if she would work there because all i feel when i walk in there is tension between all the people that work there. i have to still go there for my medications.. which are well prescribed my my doctor mary... if it werent for that i would be out of there!
