BUYERS BEWARE: This establishment will concurrently charge your credit or debit card every month without your consent and then refuse to refund the amounts. My husband purchased me two weeks of tanning for Valentines day.. I went for the two weeks and that was it. So he goes back on Mother's Day (which is in May) to buy me another few weeks as a surprise only to find out that we have been being charged the whole time every month, and I haven't even used the tanning! He told the girl that day to cancel the account, which she said that she was and that he would no longer be charged. Now it's July and the charges are STILL coming out of our account. I have contacted what is supposed to be their "corporate office" but no ever answers the phone, I'm talking like 15 times a day everyday and I have gotten 1 call back and 2 emails, from the same person, the only person that seems to work at this supposed corporate office. And she tells me that not only will we not be refunded, but that she will give me a "few free tans" for my trouble! A FEW FREE TANS???!? I Paid for months that didn't get used and I can't have those months (that I PAID for), but you will give me a few "Free"?? $149 for a few tans? COMPLETE BS!!
